It is a true Adirondack camp, rustic and remote. The current owner has done may upgrades including a new roof, stone driveway, replaced the wood stove with a pellet stove, put spray foam insulation in the ceiling and a replaced the hot water heater. It is currently just one big room in the main part of the building with an enclosed porch out front, and in the back, you will find the bathroom. There is room to put walls up for a private bedroom if you wish. the dug well and driveway are shared with the neighbor.
